Orders & Payment

Custom orders are quote-based: you tell us what you want, we confirm the price and details with you, and payment is due before we begin production unless we've agreed otherwise. Ready-made items in our Shop are purchased directly online through Stripe at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any price you've already been quoted or paid for a confirmed order will be honored.

Your Designs & Images

If you upload a photo, logo, or design for us to use on your order, you're confirming you have the right to use it and to have it reproduced on a physical product. We may decline any order or design at our discretion.

Shipping & Local Pickup

We offer both shipping and local pickup around Amory, MS. Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees — delays with carriers are outside our control. Once an order is handed off to the shipping carrier, risk of loss or damage in transit passes to the carrier; contact us if a package arrives damaged and we'll help you sort it out.

Returns & Exchanges

Because most of what we make is personalized or custom-built for you, custom orders are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged simply for a change of mind. If your order arrives defective or materially different from what was confirmed, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right — repair, replacement, or refund, at our discretion. Ready-made Shop items may be returned unused within 14 days of delivery for a refund; return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective.

Limitation of Liability

We do our best to get every order right, but we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or this website, beyond the amount you paid for the order in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi.
